The scope of these conversations is to ensure that situations that have a negative negative impact never happen again. As a leader, you’ll use difficult conversations to address problematic behaviors, attitudes, or performance.This course will equip you with the right tools to understand and prepare for these conversations. You’ll be provided with strategies to employ before, during and after the conversation. Because they can render both positive and negative results, we’ll also explore a course of action for each possible outcome of the conversation.
