Creative Problem Solving: Step Out of the Box

Research shows that less than 30% of employees consider that their leaders regularly think outside the box or encourage coworkers to do so. In a world where innovation is a top priority in most industries, it’s key for a manager to be open, creative, and able to come up with and explore unusual ideas.
